Letter To Cousin being sent to fight in the china war

Dear Greg,
       
             Hey Greg its me your cousin Marissa. How are you? I am wonderful. How is uncle Mike and aunt Claire?  Mom and dad are worried about you ever since they found out about you being Conscripted to Taiwan because of the war against Red China.

             I understand that you ate upset because you are afraid you won't come back, but I believe that you will make it back in time for my 15th Birthday and you will make it back safe and sound. The whole family is worried about you.  I keep telling them to calm down you will be back.

             As Ghandi said " You may never know what results come of your actions, but if you do nothing, there will be no result." This quote from Mahatma Ghandi means you need to take action not just stand there and wait for someone else to do it.  Also help our country fight for what is right.

             You could be like Martin Luther King Jr. and resist and present Civil Disobedience.  You could try and kill with kindness instead of using violence. Remember this "Non-Violence is not cowardly and hat the force not the forcer. Try not to suffer in front of you opponent because suffering leads to opportunity."

             Read this quote by Henry Thoreau " In caring out Penalties such as the one imposed upon me, the state uses force, not reason, to deal with citizens. I answer only to the force of a higher power." When you read this think of how you can incorporated this into your Conscription.

             Leo Tolstoy is my favorite person you should listen to as he would say "Let us forgive each other- only then will we live in peace." So you need to talk the people so you can figure out why they are fighting and try and help them compromise.  Help them stop the wars.

              Try cousin Greg to stop this war.  We all want you to come home please. We all miss and love you.   Your girlfriend Kelsey told me to tell you to write to her she cries Everytime she hears your name or sees you picture.  She is sad. We have been talking more now.
